The story of Kamboj’s Restaurant began in the heart of Noida in 1992, with one man’s dream to bring the warmth, flavor, and richness of Indian home cooking to the world. That man was Jai Prakash Chauhan — a farmer’s son, a self-taught cook, and a true lover of traditional Indian food.
Starting with a small dhaba in Sector-37 Noida, Jai poured his soul into every dish — from creamy butter chicken to smoky tandoori rotis. People came for the food but stayed for the feeling: of being welcomed like family, of eating food that tasted like home.
Over the years, what began as a humble roadside eatery grew into a beloved name known for its authentic taste, generous portions, and heartfelt service.
